Terms of use and purchase

Effective 2 October 2026 for Radivelo for Mac and Windows.

License

Radivelo is the work of Matej Krajnc. By buying or using the trial version you receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to install and use Radivelo on computers you use yourself. The app is licensed, not sold; its name, icon, design and code remain the property of the author.

Restrictions

You may not sell, rent, lend, distribute or share the app or its license key with third parties, modify or adapt it, or disassemble, decompile or otherwise attempt to obtain its source code, except to the extent expressly permitted by law.

Trial and purchase

You can use Radivelo free for the first 7 days. To keep using it, buy a license for €4.99 including VAT. It is a one-time purchase with no subscription.

Purchases on this site will be handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record: it processes the payment, charges VAT and issues your invoice. You receive your license key by email. Purchases in the Mac App Store or Microsoft Store are subject to the store’s terms, and the store processes the payment.

Refunds

If Radivelo doesn’t work the way you expected, email support@radivelo.com within 14 days of buying on this site and we will refund the full amount. Refunds for Mac App Store or Microsoft Store purchases are handled by Apple or Microsoft under their own rules. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Third-party content

Radio stations are independent providers. The author does not control their broadcasts and is not responsible for their content, quality or availability. The station directory is provided by Radio Browser. Only use links you are permitted to use.

Updates

The Windows version from radivelo.com checks once a day whether a new version is available and offers to install it. Store versions are updated by the store.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The app is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the author does not warrant that it will work without errors or interruptions and is not liable for direct or indirect damage arising from its use. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Termination

The license ends if you breach these terms. In that case you must uninstall the app.

Privacy and governing law

How the app and this site handle data is described in the privacy policy. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia.
